This system is designed to prevent and manage accidents at hazardous production facilities. A critical component of the industrial safety management system is the in-process control, which involves a series of measures aimed at ensuring safe operations, preventing accidents, and effectively managing any incidents and their consequences at these facilities.
The main objectives of the industrial safety management system are as follows:
- Implementing the company policy on industrial safety at hazardous production facilities;
- Meeting the industrial safety requirements for the hazardous production facilities of SIGMA OIL TOO.
- Establishing unified approaches for organizational units to adhere to industrial safety requirements at hazardous production facilities;
- Developing and implementing technical, organizational, and economic policies to continuously enhance product reliability and safety while ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards;
- Complying with the Federal Law “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities,” including obtaining licenses, developing safety declarations, and managing industrial safety evaluations;
- Supervising the operation and maintenance of equipment at hazardous production facilities and overseeing the development and implementation of accident prevention measures;
- Ensuring that hazardous production facilities are staffed with qualified specialists who have no medical restrictions for working in such environments;
- Conducting industrial safety training and certification for company personnel;
- Monitoring compliance with industrial safety requirements within the company’s organizational units;
- Securing insurance contracts for the civil liability of hazardous facility owners to cover any damages resulting from accidents.
